Why is it so difficult???
I know that I am not the only person who graduated and was not able to find a job in the field that you took up studies in. Just wanted to know what were some of the reasons, the companies said that they could not hire you. What was on your mind when you kept waiting for a reply from an application or that third interview you went on that was to be the final interview before the paperwork like signing those W2's. I dealt with the same thing when I graduated from college.
Many factors come into play, economy, race, gender, competition, attitude, preparation, researching, experience etc.etc.etc.
Just look at todays society where 3 states due to Hurricane Katrina has spilled into other states searching for jobs.
