Children Are A Mission Field In Themselves!

WILLIAM W. HEMMANS III · Thursday, November 10th 2005 at 12:00PM · 288 views
This is from a Daily Bread Reading 10 Nov 05 (Thur), I thought very deep and choose to share:

In so many countries of the World today, their greatest problem is their own children. What they fail to realize is that the World of tomorrow is what the adults of today make it, according to what they choose to give or not to give the next generation! Capture the Youth & You've conquered the future!
"Train up a child in the way He/She should go," the Bible says, "& when He/She is old He/She will not depart from it." (Pro. 22:6). We need to mold their minds & EDUCATE Them & INSPIRE Them & ENCOURAGE Them, & most of all we really need to build Their FAITH in "GOD'S" Word!
Children are the most sincere People in the World. - And They're at the Age of Malleability when They can still be bent & Molded. It's an Age of Choice, an Age of Decision. It takes Time & Patience & Understanding & Lots of REAL LOVE to reach Them but that's actually when Most People accept the "LORD".
"Open the Door for the Children, tenderly gather Them In, In from the Highways & Hedges, In from the Fields of sin." - For of such is the Kingdom of "GOD"! (Mk. 10:14).

*To add my 2cents in, for those who have not father and mother, God is Your "ABBA"(Affectionate Personal Daddy/Father) that steps in with a Covenant just for You. Who could have better than the Ultimate maker of all? Read Psalm 27:10.

Blessings 2 all
Have an awesome day.
William

Hey Sheila (Sis), appreciate the comments, hope all went well for your visit to see your significant other. I did pray that all went well.
Daily Bread can also be ordered for free at RBC Ministries
P.O. Box 270
Grand Rapids, MI 49501-0270
Just put your name, address, City, State and ask for a copy in brief.
Hope that helps. Churches usually stock pile them somewhere or the Christian bookstore.
I get mine from my neighbor and by mail.
They sometimes send you one for the month, some are three months and I also have a filler so in case I am in between and waiting on a copy, I can read that.
Peace!

I need to save that website myself.
Take care.
By the way, I see Dallas has a big game with Philly this Sun or Mon.
