Business or Violation of the 1st Amendment

The NBA has mandated that all athletes who will not play in the game must wear a suit and/or tie. Athletes like Allen Iverson seem to think that this new policy violates his rights of expression. Still other players like Michael Jordan seem to think that Basketball is analagous to every other career. He reasons that their is a dress code to almost every profession; and that, this new dress code is just business. Whose right? Whose wrong? State your position.
