Who has taken a nice simple vacation with only yourself and mom? My mother and I took our first vacation together on a cruise and it was great. Okay, she got annoying at times, but because we both had friends on the cruise everything worked out great.

I seem to go on all my vacations to the beach with my mom. She loves the water (even though I'm not a big fan of all the sand!). I will always have those memories of the beach with her. Yes she gets on my nerves. But we should all grasp the moment to spend time with our mothers. Lord knows they did when we were young!
