I feel bad about myself

I felt soooo bad today I spoke with one of my ex's and I accidently made her cry. I also almost drowned today also it was sooo terrifying. Right now I'm on the phone with another one of my ex's I dunno I think I talk to my ex's an extreme amount of the time when I am not in a relationship. Well anyways nothin else really major happened today, except the fact that my parents left my house and drank up all my milk and didn't tell me that I was out and I realized it when I was about to get a bowl of cereal. anyways its ok though cuz I went to the store and got some more.
