The Ice Cream Shop (TASTY CUISINE)

My homegirl just wrote a bangin' column about ice cream. Of coarse this is an analogy. She was talking about how it is so popular for people today to just take three scoops of random ice cream and pile them on a cone, NOT KNOWING IF THEY LIKE THE FLAVORS OR NOT...

She suggested sampling, trying the flavors you are interested in, so that you know you like it, then pay the cost to get it served to you "on a sweet cone." I like this analogy. People really do take the "banana" and "split" now-a-day. I've been trying samples for a while now. And although I haven't found the flavor I'm looking for, I have not been in "sticky situations" in a long time.

And just trying them out has been cool. I know what I'm looking for (thick chocolate fudge, lol), but yeh, I haven't found that particular flavor I've been looking for. When I thought it was there, it was imitation. I have Ben and Jerry's type requirements, and Bryer's hasen't had what it takes to make the cut. But once I find it, I'll pay top dollar to make it all mine. I might by the whole barrel so I can take it home and enjoy it all to myself...

I guess that means I'm selfish, but once she's mine, she's all mine, and no one else can have a sample! Perhaps you shoud try this way, so simple and effective!!!

Up next... Greasy Chicken, on TASTY CUISINE!!!

I feel you on the "once she's mine, she's all mine" thing. I'm the same way. Not much for me to say except she's right...

I'm glad to see your a young black ma who knows what he wants and won't settle for what might not be the right "flavor" for him.
