HURRICANE KATRINA............
my heart goes out to the gulf coast...especially to my people in New Orleans Louisiana. it's a shame that it's taken this long for all of those people to get help and i hope that they get all tha help they need....
i know that some 500 folk from NO and Biloix have been evacuated to Indianapolis and are now being housed at tha state fair ground, not to mention tha fact that our local radio station Hot 96.3 (along with tha people of our city) has raised well over 45,000 dollars for tha Red Cross. hopefully, we will bring more in so we can give more.
i just really wish i had all tha money in tha world because i would do everything that needs to be done to get NO and all other states on the gulf coast back on there feet. i have been and will continue keep every one in my prayers and i hope that u all will continue to pray too....
what schools have u been sent to because of dillard and xavier being distroyed? and about that....i know that schools in indian are lett'n college students in for free because of this...i know of Indiana University and Purdue University and i also think IUPUI.....i'm definately goin' to try to keep u posted wit' what Indianapolis is try'n to do....
