50 Cent of 50 Sick?

Have you all seen 50 lately? I saw this picture as some have and wondered what in the world!!!!???!!

But, have no fear ladies... it appears that 50 lost this weight allegedly to play a role of someone who is suffering and eventually passes away due to cancer. It has been said that 50 has completed this movie and well on his way to returning to the buff 50 that most women know and love. But, I will be in touch... I'm working on verifying this information from the horses mouth now.. I will update this possibly this weekend. 50 I'm coming and I want to make sure that you are indeed well and looking like your old self.
