Let Us Remember Our Soldiers

*This is a blog I did in past and felt compelled to repost, Passing along an important message, I just did this and it is a Blessing to be a Blessing to others*

Feel free to read Heb 13:1-3
"Let brotherly/sisterly love continue. Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares. Remember them that are bound with them; and them which suffer adversity, as being yourselves also in the body."

Subject: Thank Our Troops
Importance: High

Something cool that Xerox is doing

If you go to this web site, www.LetsSayThanks.com you can pick out a thank you card and Xerox will print it and it will be sent to a soldier that is currently serving in Iraq . You can't pick out who gets it, but it will go to some member of the armed services.

How AMAZING it would be if we could get everyone we know to send one!!! This is a great site. Please send a card. It is FREE and it only takes a second.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if the soldiers received a bunch of these? Whether you are for or against the war, our guys and gals over there need to know we are behind them...

Thanks for your service brother... My father was also in the service, and the national guard put food on our table for a few years when i was a kid.

Hey Moss it's the least I can do esp. being in the military fraternity also. A few times I will go to the veterans lounge like when they have pool nights, steak nights (Medium Rare off grill) or eat grilled Oysters and they give out bags till can't eat anymore, my family don't eat them, better for me. I like talking with the men and women, some of them were in well before I was born. They treat me like I am one of them, they introduce you to everyone and remember you by name and if it has been a while will ask about you. All get along very well and they are very Patriotic. Their wives go around thanking all, hugging as if they have always known you. Very addicting.
I love to hear their stories, some have done well in life and are in great shape still.
1 is a ex-coach that coached Fran Tarkenton when he was in H.S. (He played at UGA). He says his players still come around in groups to holla at him and bought him a new pickup truck. He is a good man.
Anyway just sharing Moss.
And it sounds like your father is/was/always will be a great man as well.
Have a blessed Christmas and New Years Moss with your family.
Same to all here.
1 of my New Years wish's is to make that cruise.
God Bless, sincerest,
William
