EVERYONE IS IS WRITING POEMS, SO HERE'S MINE
She would fill my heart with her love
Engulf my soul with her voice
Capture my words with her eyes
Paralyze my body with her kiss
She was marvelous and she was mine
She loved me for me, in spite of any of my imperfections
With her in my life, I had it all
I just didn’t know it back then
My lover, my best friend
She was my right hand and my first step
My first true kiss, my first love making experience
And that’s what we did; we made love, no quickie for us
Every moment was cherished
Every hug respected
Every ounce of patience appreciated
My baby, the future mother of my babies
Matt Jr., now I have to find someone else
But no one can take her place
She was my amazing grace
And without her I’m lost, without her I’m blind
I’m walking down a dark alley with my eyes wide open
And I can’t see any reparation no compensation for my long journey
I messed up
Thinking that by her calling me as often as she did, she was worrisome
When in all actuality, she just loved my voice
I should have looked at out long conversations
As a sign of her not being with any one else
But I didn’t
Instead of listening to my angel, I listened to the world
And ended the best thing that will ever happen to me
She’s married now, with a child
Happily living with her family, while I’m dying all by myself
Engulf my soul with her voice
Capture my words with her eyes
Paralyze my body with her kiss
She was marvelous and she was mine
She loved me for me, in spite of any of my imperfections
With her in my life, I had it all
I just didn’t know it back then

That was amazing, I was really feeling your powerful words, that poems makes a person think about the special someone they have in their own life, so thank you cause now i am thinking serious about that special man who is in my life.
