You get docked if you die

I know ya'll wondering what the hell im talking about but let me let you in. I was watching the movie Forenheight 9/11 and i was just so mad at the whole movie like Bush was really trying to make us the United States of America look stupid. But anyway this lady was living in the poor part of some neighborhood and she conviced her son that if he would go into the army that he would have the money to go to college and travel the world at the same time. Anyway the lady did the same for her daughter and told her the samething. Anyway the son was 6 months away from getting full tuition for school and getting out of the army well in that 5 month the guy got killed and the family recieve the last month of pay he worked and when the family asked about what was left of his pay, Bush wrote them a letter telling them that Her son got docked because he wasn't at work the last 5 months of his contract. How the hell are you suppose to be at work if you die? I mean her family needed the money too to bury him and funeral arrangements. The government docked him for dying. What is wrong with bush?
