The SU Dancing Dolls vs. ASU Stinging Stingettes

Okay ya'll I want to tryout for the Stingettes but, I don't know about the long practices. My family has a history with Southern's, my Aunt was one in the 80's and I have two cousins who graduated from Southern in 99' and 03 who were also Dancing Dolls. My problem is technique. I have been dancing for about 6 years but I stop after freshmen year in high school but of an injury and I am kind of out of shape. I want to perform on the field though, dancing to any thing is my passion. Any advice!
