here's a poem i wrote. tell me what ya think



if i stay it would only hurt more
if and when i decide to go
you already knew what there was to know
before i turn my back to the door
i would hope that you kept in mind
what i had in store
not to say you made the wrong decisions
but maybe you were seeing double vision
although you helped me face some insecurities
i was still left with s*xual tendencies
when i go i start a new beginning
and leave behind an unfinished ending

I'm guessing you're going to college and your boyfriend isn't going the same place you are??

i will be going to college but i don't have a boyfriend. me and one of my close male friends were starting to get really close, but at the same time he had a girlfriend that wasn't treating him right so he'd come talk to me about it. a lot of feelings developed through that. i just felt like he shouldn't be staying with this girl who's cheating on him, he was missing out on something real good. but i respected that relationship and we kind of decided that when the time was right, we would start a relationship of our own. but i wrote this a while ago.
