Racism is still a HUGE barrier

Despite the much appreciated efforts of those ahead of my time, Racism continues to deprive black people especially the african american male who with America's "system", is setup to fail. Statistics show that the majority of black men in urban areas between the ages of 14-28 are either in jail or deceased.... While looking through a magazine in the store, I ran across this disturbing racist joke.>>>>> Can anyone as an African American remeber the first time they realized that they weren't consider equal?
