I want you to know, exactly how I feel
This friendship of ours, truly is real
You never have to ask me to be a true friend
I'll always do my best, and that will never end
You are my angel that was sent from above
For you my friend, I have lots of love
To me, you are truly a blessing in disguise
Just to think about you makes me happy I’ll tell you no lies
People will do you wrong, make you feel bad inside
I will never do that; I will always be by your side
I will not make promises, because promises do break
I will just say to you trust me, the words I say to you please take
We will live with what the Lord has given;
The bond we share will keep us driven
Some things go wrong, and friendships are destroyed,
The friendship we have, won't have any void
For as long as we are still alive
I know for sure that our friendship will survive
I know you may go through hard times, because we all do,
Don’t worry I'll be there to try and help you get through
As you go through life’s journeys, I will stay by your side
Even if it's going to be a long and bumpy ride
I'll be that true friend that won't lead you astray,
I’ll help you through your hard times, help you through the day
If we have problems we'll make it work, do whatever it takes
We surly are not perfect, everybody makes mistakes
We may be far far away, but we still won't be apart
