In the upcoming year of 2006 Black College Dance Exchange will be celebrating 25 years of excellence in dance. Black College Dance Exchange was the vision of Nancy Pinckney(North Carolina Central University), Inez Howard(Norfolk State University) and Dr. Tucker(Morgan State University).http://www.bcdexchange.org/Index.html

1990 - North Carolina Central

I have to make arrangements now for the Black College Dance Exchange. I was one of Ms. Pinckney's dance proteges and I haven't been to a Dance Exchange in 9 years. I will do everything in my power to attend the 2006 event.

I attended the Dance Exchange in 1990, 1993 and 1996 and I agree that it is a great experience. I run into a number of artists that attended the conference from time to time. I'll have to find out where it is being held next year.

Fellow BCDE alumni when I receive information on 2006 I will definitely pass it on to you. Also if you have any information on how I can get into dancing professionally please let me know. I missed auditions while at Grambling this year.
