FOR ME IT WAS THE FLORIDA A&M MARCHING 100. I mean being inthe band at Fam is like having a full time job and going to school full time. It was very demanding. I mean it would be times we'd have an out of state performance we'd leave on thursday( miss class friday and most classes I had met Mon.,Wed,& Fri.) then we'd get back maybe 6am Monday morning or maybe 7:30 and I had an 8am sociology class so I had to go way from the band room all the way to my dorm which was not on the main campus, put my stuff in the house. THen go back up to the school. It was just nerve wrackign from time to time and then being so tired from the trip sometimes I'd just walk inthe house and pass out on the floor forgeting I had class. Oh yeah and we practice twice a day so it was back to practice at 3:30 then again from 7 until whenever we finished(something liek 12 or 1). Then back to ur early morning classes. It was just a rough time for me. It was hard to balance. My advice if you're goin to get in extra curricular activities make sure you can balance it.

I was also in a Marching Band. But I played for Hampton. The only way you make your freshman year difficult is if u dont do anything. Finish strong freshman year so your GPA can build
