Happy New Year!
I’m sure there have been times throughout the year when you have felt depressed, saddened, and angry about some of the struggles in your life and the events that are going on around you. War stories, negative comments about America’s integrity, and unexpected deaths of loved ones are all legitimate reasons to feel down--and that’s just being honest. So, let’s be all-around honest, because there is still someone out there that is worse off than us. After you really begin to realize how blessed we are, take a moment to feel good about having another opportunity to give something great, learn something new, touch something nice, taste something delicious, and listen to something beautiful. Because of the simple fact that we live, we should appreciate the opportunity to TRY one more time to get it right. 2008 is our year! Enjoy.
