okay.. so i normally dont blog.. and im sure i rarely will. but i was watching today. and rev runs oldest son was graduating high school. so he bought him a car (i forgot what kind). but two of his youngest sons received honor roll pendants and little excellent study diplomas (you know the kind they give you when you're in middle school). and they wanted a gift too. i mean can you blame them, their big brother just got a car.

the thing was, rev wouldnt get them gifts. (sure, they really shouldnt have out right asked for one) but to me they deserved one none the less. rev's whole point was that getting good grades in school are expected! therefore, they didnt deserve gifts. but think about it... arent we expected to GRADUATE HIGH SCHOOL? yet the oldest son, as well as the eldest daughters, got cars for graduation.

my point is, shouldnt rev have wanted to award his youngest sons for getting the achievements they received? im sure they didnt expect to get a CAR but come on.. a lil toy car would have been fine.. even a shopping spree at toys r us would have been appropriate!

rev shouldnt have said they shouldnt get rewarded for things they are expected to do if the oldest son got an award for something he was expected to do

just had to get that out there lol.
