Brother Bill Cosby doesn't need to insult Poor Black People to get their attention. It's not about Blame. It's about solutions and Dr. Cosby and his Wealthy Black Elite Friends have enough money to fund solutions to change the conditions of Black People. I propose The Quiet Resolution (TQR) at

It's easy to talk about people in poverty and who are trying to survive in a racist system that they were born into. The civil rights of the 50s and 60s did not change the economics conditions of Black People for the better. It actually was a movement that led to less property ownership, less business ownership and less resource owernership. We have more politicians than ever, more churches than ever and more college graduates than ever, but we are worse as a group than any other group. We earn an estimated 600 to 800 Billion Dollars annually in the Black Community, with less the 2% of that money remaining in the Black Community. TQR will establish systems that ensure those dollars remain in the Black Community. We must eliminate the divisions between Black People: class, wealth, color and education. As Black People in America, we all need to be able to own and provide our own adequate health care, education, legal protection, food, employment, access to capital for entrepreneurial projects, community security, protection from corrupt legal and judicial systems, a political party that represents our interest, research that promote our interest and well being. The Quiet Resolution (TQR) will achieve all of this. Black Leaders have not implemented a plan to empower Black People since Honorable Marcus M. Garvey. I welcome anyone's feedback on TQR. Black Politicians are afraid to read it or give me feedback.
