According to AP, two students was shot earlier this morning. The university cancelled all classes for today; students are told to stay in the dorms and only central officials are allowed on campus. The gunman/gunwoman has yet to be found.
Is this going to become a common trend where students are no longer safe in school and where are students getting weapons from ? First thing that comes to mind is what type of household these students are coming from? Will it provke schools to screen their applicants by visiting their homes?
Enough is enough, students shouldn’t have to live in fear when going to school; an institution for higher learning and self-improvement.
