Since the question is which is easier....I'll say that it is facebook but simply because the site has more restrictions on the information that you can view. MySpace is a more of a free roam site that allows you to access the ENTIRE site, at one time, for people with similar interests so the problem becomes if you don't know how to word exactly what you're looking for....you can spend a lot of time looking through a bunch of stuff you don't want. Facebook breaks things down into so many different categories that it's simple to find what/who you're looking for within a particular network, but it's more difficult to search outside the network that you are a part of. So Facebook is easier.....myspace is more inclusive.

It's kind of funny, I was just browsing myspace.com (I dont get on there often) and I was laughing at how similar the functionality is to hbcuconnect.com. We're planning some major improvements, so I appreciate the feedback.

I like myspace because of its diversity of entertainment. I like HBCU Connect for its news ,blogs and interacting with HBCU alumni.

I personally like Myspace better simply because you can create your page based on yourself. Pictures, videos, blogs and bullentins are easier accessible on Myspace than Facebook. Also on Facebook it seems people add others simply to view their profile, at least Myspace gives you the option to set your profile to private. This keeps you from adding people you don't know and you won't have sooo many friend request. But thats how I see it.
