As the issue of illegal Mexican immigration becomes more and more of a hot topic, the question remains...should they stay or should they go?

I totally agree. Years ago before it closed, Ellis Island was used to process immigrants as american citizens. There should be a re-evauation of america's open door policy. Other countries are strict when it comes to immigrants. Thanks for the insight.

No they shouldn't be allowed to stay! I don't say this because I'm mean but because we turn Hatians around and send them home before they even reach the shores..illegal immigrants (Mexican, Italian, African even) need to go! If you can't enter the country the legal way then you shouldn't enter at all. The lack of consideration for our laws shows disrespect for our country, if you can't respect us you shouldn't live here.
