State Policies on Return-to-Work

The blog highlights the benefits of worker retention for individuals and employers, as well as the state economy and workforce at large. It includes examples of recently enacted policies to increase retention and return-to-work outcomes of people with disabilities and those ill or injured on or off the job. The policies listed in the blog were gleaned from NCSL and SEED's report, "Work Matters: Making Progress in Employment for People with Disabilities."
