Where Should She Go ? What About This.......

Yo, I have this female friend who is at Benedict College in Columbia, SC and she doesn't care for the academics and or its enviorment. She wants to tranfer, however; there are two things that are making her apprehensive 1.) She is a Junior and 2.)she doesn't know which institution of Higher learning she should go to because she feels that she will have to start all over again (that is with making new friends and finding resources and social venues).

Her picks are as follows and they are just listed at random no specific order:
