Great!! I love it. I recently performed career counseling for candidates throughout the greater New Haven CT region. It would be great to duplicate such a program in this area. By the way it was not named SMART up here- It was basically the Welfare-To-Work program, however, I envision something similar with a degree of pre-development as it relates contextualized training for our Single Mothers with desires to enhance their way of life...TBN - CT
