Why want Black men talk about HIV/AIDS/STD/STI

Now lets see how many people talk about this. Has nothing to do with being on the DL. Its a question. I have had all these blogs up and most of the response like 98% have been from the women.

Are guys afraid to talk about it because the image that still run wild in the African-American community is thats a gay issue. Let me know?
Did I step on someone toes? Because the truth is some of us still believe they can't catch it.
