Join us as we get closer to opening the Montgomery Interpretive Center @ ASU, which honors the 1965 Selma to Montgomery March -

WHEN: Thursday (April 12) at 2 p.m.
WHERE: The Montgomery Interpretive Center @ ASU (the corner of Harris Way and N. University Dr.) near the ASU Football Stadium.

Join us on Thursday (April 12) at 2 p.m. as The Alabama State University (ASU) and the National Park Service (NPS) sign the general agreement for the Montgomery Interpretive Center at ASU for the Selma to Montgomery National Historic Trail. This agreement gets us one-step closer to the opening of Montgomery's venue that is located on the ASU campus, which honors the 1965 Selma to Montgomery March and the heroes, martyrs and foot-soldiers who made history happen.

This event allows ASU and the NPS to move into a new stage of their partnership, which proceeds the implementation phase of the Montgomery Interpretive Center for the Selma to Montgomery National Historic Trail.
