Because a lot of us think that Easter is about getting new church outfits to show off. So go and by ourselves and our children new church outfits and go to church to show off the outfits like church is some kind of fashion show!!
well i guess it's become much of a tradition among all religions that have sunday service. my friend is cathlioc and she says the same thing about her church. it's funny how you mantain to find a seat on sundays, but when easter or christmas rolls around your either crushed or standing. we call em CME members (christmas, mothers day, and easter). kinda funny and sad as well. at least they choose 1 sunday out of the year to praise God in His house

Girl thats what I talkin about! I do agree with u on that. Some people also go to church on Christmas and the first Sunday of the year. I agree with u on that. But someone told me that is a tradition so thats why it is like that.
