Serves her right!

Two sisters I know, Joanne and Linda, when they were much younger, were playing at home one day. Joanne, the older of the two became irritated with her younger sister, Linda, and said to her. "You’re getting uglier and uglier every day." Later that same day or was the next day, their gramdma came by for a visit. Without knowing what Joanne earlier that day had said to her little sister, she commented to Linda, "You’re getting to look more like your big sister all the time."
