*The Fifteenth Amendment

"The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States on account of Race, Color, of previous condition of servitude!"

"The 15th Amendment to the Constitution granted African American Men the right to vote by declaring that the "right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any state on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude." Although ratified on February 3, 1870, the promise of the 15th Amendment would not be fully realized for almost a century. Through the use of poll taxes, literacy tests and other means, Southern states were able to effectively disenfranchise African Americans. It would take the passage of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 before the majority of African Americans in the South were registered to vote."

"The Fifteenth Amendment (Amendment XV) to the United States Constitution prohibits the federal and state governments from denying a citizen the right to vote based on that citizen's "race, color, or previous condition of servitude". It was ratified on February 3, 1870, as the third and last of the Reconstruction Amendments."
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fifteenth_Am...

"The 15th Amendment, granting African-American Men the right to vote, was formally adopted into the U.S. Constitution on March 30, 1870. Passed by Congress the year before, the amendment reads: “the right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude.” Despite the amendment, by the late 1870s, various discriminatory practices were used to prevent African Americans from exercising their right to vote, especially in the South. After decades of discrimination, the Voting Rights Act of 1965 aimed to overcome legal barriers at the state and local levels that denied Blacks their right to vote under the 15th Amendment."

“Planned Disenfranchisement: Interdepartmental Conspiracy – Failure or A Simple Mistake?”
It goes without saying, many urbanite students: Black, White, Latino, Asian, and/or Bi-Racial; that think and/or thought about reaching for the higher goal, have been systematically disenfranchised and/or discouraged methodically.

"Arc of the Prophet"
Folk epics have a wide variety of forms. They are all linked by certain recurring characteristics. Albeit, all are not regarded as, like the Bible, “Sacred Books,” all hold special places in their cultures as major statements of national of cultural identity…they are held to some degree of reverence. The dividing line between epic and history is not always so precise. Its roots are found in legendary history. While history is often seen through epic lenses, about half of the Bible’s Old Testament is presented as a history statement of the Hebrews. The Exodus saga, for example, blends history with folk epic. We cannot reconstruct from the Old Testament a factual account of early Israel such as a modern historian would write.

~ “The Legal System and Technology in The 21st Century” ~
Justice Sandra Schultz Newman wrote, “Society has become increasingly dependent upon computers in business and our personal lives...” She went on the say, “With each technological advancement, the practice of law becomes more sophisticated and commensurate with the need to shed any techno phobia and become more willing to embrace the advances that have the ability to enhance the efficiency of the legal system.”

"Another Report on AGE DISCRIMINATION"
In 1991, Congress amended Title VII in the Compensatory Damages Amendment (CDA), which, among other things, permits victims of intentional discrimination to recover compensatory damages awards in discrimination suits against Federal agencies. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), thereafter, granted compensatory damages in a number of cases, relying on the enforcement authority Congress had expressly given it in prior amendments.

"LEGAL EMPLOYMENT DISCRIMINATION"
American workers of all races, colors, creeds, ages, and religions have bent over backwards to stay abreast of the changes in the work force. They and I have gone back to school, earned college degrees, endured new and continuous training in order to keep up and/or compete in the global and domestic job market. It seems to me, with all of the adversity that Americans face on a daily basis, we continue to listen to tales of economic woe.

“In Light of Cush/Kush the Dark”
In the United States today, the white-power structure continues their attempts to dictate policies and reign in the control of the ‘Black President’ in power. Their position over who gets their support is of course the white-faced power broker of Israel. In direct opposition of established policies for peace and cooperation, the latest chastisement from the GOP pit

“The Eye of Cain”
All mankind is descended from the three sons of Noah: Shem, Ham and Japheth. The descendants of Japheth, the youngest son, settled in Anatolia, modern Turkey, and from there moved into the Caucasus Mountains of Western Russia and from there settled Europe and Russia. They are the ancestors of the Caucasian peoples. Their main impact on Israel was through the Persians, the Greeks and the Romans. According to Genesis 9:19 and the Table of Nations in Genesis 10.

"The Colour of the Old West"
We as young and Black movie-goers, book readers, and television viewers cheered for the good-guys in the white hats who got the girl and rode off into the sunset…we cheered for the all-white cast of heroes and heroines. Were there no heroes of color? When Chuck Conners played The Great Chieftain Geronimo, we cheered. Charles Bronson characterized Chato…we cheered.

‘A Philadelphia Story Teller’
Many people on the planet profess to know just about everything. There are those who know it all. There are those who know absolutely nothing but boast to the contrary. Haven’t you met people who know everything about anything and everything about everybody?

THE VOTING RIGHTS ACT:
Despite the fact that African Americans and other racial and ethnic minority Americans are guaranteed the right to vote by the 15th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which was passed just after the Civil War in 1870, states and local municipalities continued to use tactics such as poll taxes, literacy tests and outright intimidation to stop people from casting free and unfettered ballots.

~ "SANKOFA" the "MAAFA" ~
“The Black Man has never been a competitor, but has always been subservient to the white race. And just as long as he remains subservient, his position is secure, and just as soon as he becomes a competitor, his fate is sealed.”
~Dr. Benjamin Hayes, Eugenicist, 1905~

"The Sankofa symbolizes the Akan people’s quest for knowledge among the Akan with the implication that the quest is based on critical examination, and intelligent and patient investigation.
The symbol is based on a mythical bird with its feet firmly planted forward with its head turned backwards."
