Appreciate the email and the convictions that You have.
Many times when something is in our heart it is the person God is talking to to speak out.
I have done recent blogs on Gossip, Envy, etc.
Just know gossip always abounds.
I had a Aunt that told me when I was a teen that if You ain't about doodoo no one has nothing to say, but if You are about doodoo, people will talk about You all the time.
It never feels good, the Bible in Proverbs talks about gossip being a rottenness in Your bones, One feels it.
Know that people that do hide themselves and think they don't stank.
Scorners are cowards and can't stand when they are being talked about in their own perfection.
Even as a child I always hated it and came to the defense of peoploe that were picked on.
Believe me when I say, I can rib also, some examples?
"Your mama is soo fat that the Himilaya(I know I spelled that wrong) mountain are Your mama's dung pile;
Your mama is soo fat that when she stands on one leg, she sinks in the ground and leaves one crater instead of two and while the leg that rests on the ground leaves a trench;
or Your mother is the definition of "The Sky Is The Limit!"
And don't let the person's momma where weave, I would tell them "I found Your Mama's Hair By The Dumpster", You know the horse hair that they use on violin strings(I played the cello up to 10th grade before I jumped to football) anyway just an example on how I would rib on such people as a kid and realating experiences in general, by the way those scorners always ended up turning red no matter how dark they are and would want to fight, thee was this one kid who was 6'5 and maybe 265 at the time that had glazed donut teeth and wanted to rib on everyone else, I would eat Chris up! :-)
Don't let me get started on the brotha that flips that one piece of hair in the back of his head all the way to the fron to cover up baldness.
Anyway, this is from years past and showing how long and the ways in which I would defend people.
Anyway, its morning and I'm tired and being silly but showing examples, I'm usually silly when I am tired.
And dudes that gossip... I consider them what Dogs mate with...
Gossipers also don't realize that gossipers flock together and no one is off limits, gossipers tell You what other gossipers say and then go back and tell Your reply... Ever been there???
I had an Aunt that calls herself a pastor come tell me what another family member had to say. I drew on a piece of paper an arrow that goes both ways and wrote talk is reciprocal, it goes both ways.
She had know response.
My family knows me that I don't like gossip and will tell them don't bring that stuff to me.
I can say a whole lot more on this but You get the gist of what I say here.
By the way the Bible says we are to be held in account of EVERY VAIN and NEGATIVE word we have to say.
If a person speaks a billion negative vain hurtful words, they have that much more to overcome in Their Judgement before the Lord, since many do not believe this they are actually exhibiting atheist agnostic thought.
Bro. they won't like You and honestly I am not in love with them either but I try...
Anyway digest on this and be You and speak out. No one has the love of everyone.
I have a million war stories of people calling themselves Christians(Those are the worst), like the one that emailed me and said all these kind words in asking me for my latest article and then emailed another so called Christian sister to say, see he is talking about me.
Gossipers focus on everyone but their own mess i.e. other peoples significant others while their wife or husband plays around worst feel me and then the people they talk about better not say anything, many gossipers are single and lonely and most people in their lives can't stand to be around them. They paint fake facades of themselves like they don't have to brush their teeth or use the bathroom...
Anyway, have to roll to a 9.a.m. meeting.

p.s. The story of Joseph has many similarities to the trials and tribulations of all who have made it through from speaking his dreams to taunts of family and people that hated and envied him to lies against him to the same folk that needed him to survive. Wealth does make many friends but know who truly are when You make it Bro. Many fakes abound.
