yo i believe you should just tell him after a little conversation " look its been a while since i've seen you if you would like i would love to possibly get together to make up for lost time and see how lifes been treating you, thats if its cool with you". Personally, comming from a dude if a girl came to me like that i would straight up make a date for that week. Possibly within the next two days.
