Tanisha LaVerne Grant Covers the 87th Academy Awards Oscars (2861 hits)

"And the Oscars goes to" ... five little words that mean so much for so many individuals who have worked their entire adult life in the Film and Television industry. On February 22, 2015 nominees sat on the edge of their seats waiting to recieve Hollywood's highest honor in various categories ranging from "Best Actor" to "Best Motion Picture." However there is one specfic category that is very critical to any motion picture and this is "BEST MAKE- UP AND HAIR STYLING.

During several events leading up to the live ABC telecast of the 87th Academy Awards, the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences sponsored a series of private events and symposiums that shed the spotlight on the "behind the scenes" categories of the motion picture industry.

Entertainment correspondent and Cheyney University of Pennsylvania alum Tanisha LaVerne Grant had an opportunity to cover the "BEST MAKE-UP AND HAIRSTYLING" Symposium, a program that featured clips from all the films in these categies and on stage discussion with the nominees. Hosted by Makeup Artist and Hairstylist Branch governor LEONARD ENGELMAN, Tanisha spoke with make up artists  Elizabeth Yianni-Georgiou and David White who were  nominated for their work on "GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY", makeup up artist Frances Hannon who along with Mark Coulier was nominated for their work on "THE GRAND BUDAPEST HOTEL" and make up artists Bill Corso and Dennis Liddiard who were nominated for their work on "FOXCATCHER".

Deleting my posts will not quiet my voice. Why in the hell are you defending Robert's madness brother Reginald? How can you be a friend to a child molestor, a wife abuser, and a cyberbully? You have the power to STOP this RobertpowellPieceof Dung and if you don't do anything, you are just as guilty as he is.
