Vikings News: TowneBank donates $5, 000 to ECSU for 125th anniversary (3426 hits)


The ECSU Division of Institutional Advancement is preparing for the university’s 125th anniversary. TowneBank is one of the first corporate supporters of this milestone celebration. Recently, bank officials met with university officials to deliver a $5,000 donation. Standing left to right, Chancellor Charles Becton, H. Taylor Sugg, Jr., regional president for TowneBank, Janice Baker, Chair, 125th Anniversary Planning Committee, Kenneth Wren. Jr., president of Towne Investment Group, William Smith, vice chancellor for the ECSU Division of Institutional Advancement, Doug Yopp, associate vice chancellor for the ECSU Division of Institutional Advancement.
