If I wanted to go about measuring Black Americans intelligent or IQ how would I go about doing it in a scienti (497 hits)

I think first I would have to get a know intelligent people and then compare Black Americans to that know intelligent people.

Now, the only known intelligent people for the past thousands of years are Caucasian people am I right.

Next, I would have to find a period in time when White people exhibited the finest intelligence of all people right.
Well, that period would be the 14 century when they discovered the rest of the world besides Europe. It was the European that first made it out of the bottle if you will. No other people came to Europe. It was the Europeans that went to other people and their countries am I right.

I am going to stop here and pick this blog back up after giving you all mind some room to think.

I want to put a number to the level of Black America's interlect to see just where the needle would be in comparison to White people.
