Where Does Our DU Money Go??

I recently went on a campus visit of the university I will be attending in the spring (Auburn University) and began to ponder a very important question: how is it that we give so much money for a DU education yet there is nothing to show for it?? Think about this one. What are we really paying for? Definitely not teachers' salaries if so many are being let go so easily! Definitely not interactive teaching equipment in EVERY classroom like other universities! Definitely not better living facilities for certain students on campus! (Sorry Camphor Cuties and Hartzell Honeys!) I just wanna know what you all think. It really upset me to realize that I could be getting way better facilities and educational equipment for less money as opposed to worse for more money.
