The Black Harvard

I am graduating from FAMU in April and I am considering going to grad school and my only choice is Howard. Problem is, the Web site is horrible! This is supposed to be the educational standard for HBCUs and I can't access the curriculum for the graduate school or the business school. This is the only graduate school that I want to go to, but can I really spend that much money at an institution that won't maintain it's Web site? Even FAMU has a functional Web site.
