this is a question I ask has Ms.Rice been on her job since we had these issues with mother nature and our country , if there was a time that we need to shine the time is now I believe for Ms.Rice to speak, not only for what the cabinett endorses but her as a afro americian woman to be loyal to your peole by showing some personial concern. please feel free to comment
