Fisk University takes students from New Orleans
After the tragic events of Hurricane Katrina, Fisk University opened its doors to students from Dillard, Xavier and LSU. We hope to make them as comfortable as possible by aiding them in whatever they need to start their school year at Fisk. I would also like to add that though we at Fisk University have no idea of how horrific Hurricane Katrina was, we our deeply sorry to all of the people who suffered due to the hurricane and our hearts go out to all of you.
Umm, Grambling was not affected in any way by the hurricane. The day it hit, the wind was blowing kind of hard and it rained the day before but everyone is still on campus going to class and kickin it on the yard.
