what is up with dillard
i signed up for classes somewhere else already but i have been receiving text messages saying school is opening up somewhere on Nov 1st

I don't know who told u that, but they are misinformed. It's going to take over a month for power to be fully restored to New Orleans, the state senator has stated it will take months, maybe even years to rebuild New Orleans, so I doubt that DU will be open. Don't forget how long its going to take for the water to cease, not to mention rebuilding Cook and the building next to dent, along with restoring the general apperance of the school. New staff members will need to be hired, I'm pretty sure many will not be returning and they're going to need plenty of time to organize the school
