CAU Experience?!?!

I know that incoming students into CAU have to experience the CAU experience but i don't know exactly what it is. Exactly what is the CAU experience? What do you do during it? Is there any type of specific dress code? I will really appreciate it if someone can tell me anything about it? It will be of great help.
