Go to school, Baby Boy. Even if the kid is yours, it will be better for both of you to get your education. Don't get sidetracked. Keep your mind focused.
Education should always be your number one option, Like Britanni said it is getting hard for african americans to get jobs now a days. But you need to make sure you keep in mind that she might be carrying your baby and so you might need to keep in contact with her. Im not saying stress yourself out on the subject but keep her in mine, and you might want to think about a paternity test when the baby's born, That way you aint spending money on a child that just happends to not be yours. I hope everything works out in the end, Be safe and be careful.
Im out

Check this out bruh. U are going to school to get YOUR education. I understand a kid is about to be born. But that's why u are going to school so you can get that education and get that FIYA ass job to support your fam, rather it's your kid or not you have to let the mother understand that you're in school and you're not abandoning her with all the responsibility. You have holidays and weekends- whatever- to see the baby and the mother. But stay in school, pregnacy is knocking a lot of OUR brothas and sistas out of the game as far a furthering our education goes. Get in those books, do u, and prepare to do your part as a father. Working now ain't gonna do nothin' 4 YOU or this kid in the long-run. You gotta think future lil' daddy. Holla back at'cha boy, lemme know how u feel. But I'll let you know one thing... I know a lil' bit about your situation, those are shoes I've already walked in whodi. One.
