Now that "the day" is gone, is he/she still around? Yeah, is your girlfriend/boyfriend still around? Is he/she still talking to you? If the answer is no, then you, my friend, have been played.
There seems to be a number of people who had someone on "the day" that are single the day after Valentine's Day. Why is that you ask? Did you take time to get to know this "special someone?" Did you actually expect it to last long?
If so, then you, my friend, have been played. As many of you know, there are girls/guys that will hook up with you for that one day only. After that day, you no longer exist to them. It seems if you, mysteriously, have become invisible to that one and only person. Wierd, huh?
Well...my friend...you have been played. It's ok. It's better to admit being played than denying it. Yes, you have been played. It's ok. Get over it. No crying. Wipe your tears away.
I've been there before, so I can help you through this. Stop crying now. No...I'm serious. Stop crying NOW! No need in wasting important body fluids on someone who didn't want you in the first place. Now...hold your head up. Yes, it is hard, but hold it up high.
You have been played...like an Atari. But it's cool. There are millions of fish in the sea. Don't worry about him/her, let it go. He/she will regret the day he/she ever played [insert name here].
Now, there's a cure for this. Still be friends with this person. Yes, I know. You shouldn't be friends with this person because of [insert lame excuse here]. Remember, do unto others as you would have them do unto you. So, continue to be friends, but explore your other options.
Now that it's gone, the day that you got your heart broken, you can move on. There's no need in crying over spoiled milk (and that person could've really been rotten). Remember, I said it earlier, there are millions of fish in the sea. Now that it's gone, let your heart grow strong...
