the price to go college is rising..
it won't drop..
think about it..
should colleges' tuition and etc.. be so high??
is education important?
by definition of the price rising... it is indisputebly a business to teach knowledge and skills...
is this wrong??

a person who has skills and talents, but can not afford college..
and why to obtain a scholarship-- the criteria is so selective and etc.. are difficult for most to obtain...
