What will you be doing: The Senior Consultant will work collaboratively with Premier's Strategic Collaborative Team in the development and delivery of materials for current member-facing bundled payment collaboratives. Duties will include reviewing and analyzing the client's monthly financial performance. In partnership with other team members, the Senior Consultant will summarize the overall projected financial and quality performance and identify potential areas of improvement opportunity. This information will be synthesized into a cohesive presentation for various audiences. Responsibilities include support of client needs for bundled payment participation, complete and provide quality assurance when reviewing data analyses; interpret data analyses and form initial recommendations and solutions for consideration; and perform project management tasks as needed. The Senior Consultant must be comfortable with data analytics and highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. The Senior Consultant will be required to participate in work streams as appropriate. The Senior Consultant will work in a team environment and provide input and support to team deliverables and presentations during each collaborative phase to create value for clients. Required skills are working in a matrix environment, action-oriented initiative, attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft products, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and a willingness to learn about the policies related to Bundled Payment Initiatives. The Senior Consultant must also participate in Premier internal activities, including practice development, required and approved educational opportunities throughout the year, and learning the various technologies Premier offers its clients. Relevant Experience to include: Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations (clinical, support or operations), Operational or Strategic Consulting, Strategic Planning or Decision Support Analytics Experience conducting analyses and overseeing delivery and production of client deliverables Experience collaborating with clients and team members Experience coordinating and delivering presentations (verbal and written) to client audiences in order to communicate project outcomes, recommendations, and strategies
Education: Master’s Degree; Lean/PmP certification or RN/clinical licenses This is a remote position. #LI-KB1 #LI remote Premier’s compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier’s internal salary range for this role is $80,000 - $148,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location.
