Job Requirements and Preferences: Basic Qualifications: Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma Minimum Years of Experience: 4 year(s) Preferred Qualifications: Degree Preferred: Bachelor Degree Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in: Interviewing customers to learn about perspectives on value, challenges and changes which could be made to deliver improvements; Translating improvement requests into actions, which when implemented, lead to outcomes which lead to benefits for customers; Developing indicators to measure risk reduction, value creation and performance improvements tied to actions and outcomes; Using customer requests and creativity to develop ways to report on indicators, which captures both positive and potentially negative progress; Partnering with Lean and Six Sigma resources in using analysis, tools and techniques to identify constraints and opportunities to increase value; Facilitating workshops to analyze challenges and find solutions; Performing data analysis, identifying themes and creating compelling visualizations; Communicating objective feedback and improvement recommendations to leaders; Utilizing strategic thinking through defining and implementing wide reaching improvement recommendations; Working with stakeholders of multiple perspectives to achieve consensus on actions to be taken; Adapting presentation techniques quickly based on individuals and situations; and, Possessing familiarity with a wide range of technology and security practices, jargon and approaches to establish rapport with technical specialists and speed efforts.
