We also partner closely with Sales to build high-quality pipeline through targeted Marketing activities ranging from strategic and executive events, webinars, digital acquisition, SEO, and more! And, we drive velocity through standard product packaging, simplified pricing, and discount guidance.
Our MBA Internship Opportunities
The Customer Advocacy team at ServiceNow identifies, develops, and produces customer stories and spokespeople that bring the impact of ServiceNow and the success of our customers to life. Since customer success and stories are central to everything ServiceNow does, Customer Advocacy has an exciting vantage point that connects across products, sales, and multiple marketing channels. Our focus is on building and nurturing our robust base of ServiceNow Customer Advocates, then delivering Customer Advocacy services across sales and marketing, including 1:1 sales references, group reference calls, and customer story creation and amplification.
What you will do
The Customer Advocacy will support our work to identify and develop customers/stories who will drive the pipe for Brand, Comms and Events activation and amplification. They will also support processes and technology that help us manage our workflows, pipeline, collaboration, requests and reporting to optimize the impact of our team. The successful Co-op will have an unrivaled opportunity to work on a team that partners closely with customers and ServiceNow stakeholders, to share the value of our program, support customer recruitment and connection of customers to opportunities that will promote their success and innovation to a global audience.
Qualifications & Requirements
Who We’re Looking For
- Currently enrolled as a first-year MBA degree student majoring in Business, Marketing or a related field, returning for a final term or year following the summer internship.
- 4-7 years prior work experience within marketing, Product/Solution/Digital Marketing, Management Consulting, Product Management,
- Business Development, Sales and Sales Engineering.
- Expertise and/or strong interest in the enterprise software/ SaaS industry a plus.
- Well-rounded, strong communicator, analytical and creative problem solver with the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional matrix organization with competing priorities.
- This position is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship.
