In this role, you will:

  • Advise experienced leadership to develop or influence business plans, business requirements, direct product design and implementation for complex business and technical needs
  • Oversee overall product management and strategic focus for the most technical, complex and diverse products and services
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth understanding of potential synergies, opportunities companywide
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale, and require consideration of global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk management
  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are strategically focused for diverse product lines
  • Articulate product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating, upgrading technologies and vendor relationships
  • Engage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, project managers and delivery team companywide
  • Serve as an adept advisor to leadership


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Series 7 and/or 24
  • Experience in finance, wealth, consumer lending pricing, or securities based lending
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and develop relationships
  • Excellent technical skills to learn and navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Strong attention to detail and solid problem solving skills.

  • Experience in a regulatory environment and how that impacts pricing procedures
  • Product finance and economics experience preferred
  • Ability to identify pricing trends at Wells versus those across the industry and using this information to shape strategy
  • Experience pricing strategies for fixed rate offers and other pricing programs (i.e. employee pricing)
  • Experience overseeing pricing execution, which includes making pricing decisions to lower rates and occasionally executing rate increases
  • Support strategic initiatives for the business
  • Understand the product-level data and oversees the creation of portfolio reports
  • Reporting experience for sales and portfolio tracking
  • Integrates efforts of product management and other organizational resources in the development, implementation and maintenance of products/services and marketing programs
  • Create presentations for senior leaders by working very closely with all leaders within the group to ensure consistency of messaging and strategy
  • Training experience for product training to field and support partners
  • Participates in all team meetings and other business-related meetings, as needed

  • Ability to travel up to 10%

Pay Range

$111,100.00 - $197,500.00 Annual
