Performance Management Sr. Lead Business Execution Consultant

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Performance Management Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant within Enterprise Operations organization. This role will support development and execution of Performance Management within CCaaS (contact center as a Service) multi- year enterprise transformation

In this role, you will:

  • Support the Performance Management Transformation Leader and partner with

  • others on the Performance Management team and the broader Contact Center

  • Program to design the target state, develop and deploy the key enablers of the performance management framework.

  • Accountability for reporting/analytics component of the performance management framework. This includes assessment current state across all included contact centers and developing and deploying future state to measure success of the enterprise performance management program

  • Support and partner within the Performance Management team to assist with strategy

  • development, planning, communication and implementation activities across the enterprise and within CCaaS initiative.

  • Support/lead communications, presentations and connectivity to other work streams in the program to ensure alignment of activities and strategies.

  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to

  • Business Execution that requires solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business

  • Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large- scale solutions

  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of

  • businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership

  • Provide direction to a cross functional team across the enterprise using business expertise

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in contact center operations

  • The ability to navigate left-right (across topics) and up-down (strategy/details)

  • Experience leading through influence, often without direct authority, persuading through use of data and facts

  • Ability to act as the thought partner/leader to Ops Initiative Owners/ Accountable Executives

  • Experience in fields such as business strategy and planning, performance variance, employee productivity.

  • Experience creating, executing, and implementing transformational strategic plans within a large complex and global organization, preferably a financial services organization.

  • Experience facilitating Design Thinking Sessions and workshops and/or User Experience research projects to develop meaningful employee experiences, learning, readiness, and performance strategies in partnership with end-users.

  • Knowledge and understanding of compiling and preparing executive summaries, whitepaper,

  • and presentations for management/senior leaders

  • Experience in change management and/ or operational readiness of varied risk, size, and scale

  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment, build effective business partnerships with all levels, generate commitment to change across broad stakeholder groups, and facilitate / lead discussions that result in consensus and commitment

  • Ability to manage complex data and reporting projects requiring coordination of resources at different levels both internally and externally

  • Knowledge and understanding of Wells Fargo policies, financial controls and risk

  • Ability to present complex issues in a clear and concise manner for leadership

Job Expectation:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

  • Ability to be in office 3 days a week
